MCP617-I/MS is a micropower Bi-CMOS, dual operational amplifier. It is capable of precision, low-power, single-supply operation. This op amp is unity-gain stable, has low input offset voltage rail-to-rail output swing, and low input offset current. This feature makes this family of op amps well-suited for battery-powered applications. Typical applications include battery power instruments, weight scales, strain gauges, medical instruments, and test equipment.
- Input offset voltage range from -150 to +150µV (VDD = +2.3V to +5.5V, VSS = GND, TA = +25°C)
- Input noise voltage is 2.2µVP-P typ (f = 0.1 to 10Hz, VDD = +2.3 to +5.5V, VSS = GND, TA = 25°C)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 19µA typ (IO = 0, VDD = +2.3V to +5.5V, VSS = GND, TA = +25°C)
- Supply voltage range from 2.3 to 5.5V (VSS = GND, TA = +25°C)
- Power supply rejection is 105dB typ (VDD = +2.3V to +5.5V, VSS = GND, TA = +25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 100dB typ (VDD = 5.0V, VCM = 0.0 to 4.1V, TA = +25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 190KHz typ (VDD = +2.3 to +5.5V, VSS = GND, TA = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 0.08V/µs typ (VDD = +2.3V to +5.5V, VSS = GND, TA = 25°C)
- Rail-to-rail output, unity gain stable, no phase reversal
