LTC2379IDE-18#PBF is a low noise, low power, high-speed 18bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. Operating from a 2.5V supply, this device has a ±VREF fully differential input range with VREF ranging from 2.5V to 5.1V. It consumes only 18mW and achieves ±2LSB INL maximum, with no missing codes at 18 bits with 101.2dB SNR. The fast 1.6Msps throughput with no cycle latency makes the device ideally suited for a wide variety of high-speed applications. An internal oscillator sets the conversion time, easing external timing considerations. The LTC2379-18 automatically powers down between conversions, leading to reduced power dissipation that scales with the sampling rate. Applications include medical imaging, high-speed data acquisition, portable or compact instrumentation, industrial process control, low-power battery-operated instrumentation, and ATE.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 16-lead plastic DFN package
