P7516 G3 is a 3 year Gold Care service plan - premium care for P7516 16GHz differential probes. During repair periods, Gold Care customers are entitled to a free loaner unit that is of equal or higher performance as product being repaired. To minimize downtime, loaner units are shipped within 48hrs of initiation of service. The Gold Care Plan provides a seamless ownership experience without incurring additional service-related costs over the plan coverage period. Online tools are provided for added visibility as your instruments progress through the service process. Repair costs for ESD and EOS events are handled free of charge. To further reduce downtime, Gold Care instruments are placed at the front of the queue once they reach our service centre. Products are returned in like-new condition.
