LDK320AM50R is a low drop voltage regulator, which provides a maximum output current of 200mA from an input voltage in the range of 2.5V to 18V, with a typical dropout voltage of 100mV. It is stabilized with a ceramic capacitor on the output. The very good dynamic characteristic, combined with low drop voltage and low quiescent current make it suitable for low power battery-powered applications. The enable logic control function allows the LDK320 to be in shutdown mode by consuming a total current lower than 1μA. This device also includes a short-circuit current limiting, thermal and SOA protections. Applications include DSC, TV, BD, DVD, PC, industrial.

- Compatible with ceramic capacitor COUT = 1μF, current, SOA and thermal protections
- Low noise, 0.5% max VOUT accuracy, 5V output voltage
- Static line regulation is 0.05%/V max at (VOUT +1V ≤ VIN ≤ 18V)
- Dropout voltage is 100mV typ at (IOUT = 100mA, VOUT = 3.3V)
- Output noise voltage is 63μVRMS/V typ at (10Hz to 100KHz, IOUT = 10mA)
- Supply voltage rejection is 85dB typ at (f = 1KHz IOUT = 10mA, VOUT = 3.3V)
- Quiescent current is 60μA typ at (VOUT +1V VIN 18V, IOUT = 0mA, -40°C < TJ < 125°C)
- Operating junction temperature range from -40 to 125°C
