L2293QTR is a push-pull four channel driver with diode. The device is a monolithic integrated high voltage, high current four channel driver designed to accept standard DTL or TTL logic levels and drive inductive loads (such as relays solenoids, DC and stepping motors) and switching power transistors. To simplify use as two bridges each pair of channels is equipped with an enable input. A separate supply input is provided for the logic, allowing operation at a lower voltage and internal clamp diodes are included. This device is suitable for use in switching applications at frequencies up to 50KHz.

- Supply voltage is 36V (maximum), logic supply voltage range from 2.8 to 36V

- Input low voltage range from -0.3 to 1.5V (VS = 24V, VSS = 5V, TA = 25°C)
- Low voltage input current is -10μA (max, VIL = 1.5V)
- Enable low voltage range from -0.3 to 1.5V (VS = 24V, VSS = 5V, TA = 25°C)
- 32L VFQFPN package, junction temperature range from -20 to 125°C
