PAN4561M module is a short range, low power, 2.4GHz ISM band transceiver which includes a complete 802.15.4 physical layer (PHY) modem, designed for the IEEE 802.15.4 wireless standard and an appropriate microcontroller (MCU) with reference oscillator which provides a cost effective solution for short-range data links and networks. For medium range applications the PAN4561M, is optimized to deliver longer range and conserve power consumption, using a low noise amplifier and 10dBm power amplifier. PAN4561M has high sensitivity of -102dBm typically at 1% packet error rate. Applications include wireless sensor and actuator networks, remote control and wire replacement in industrial systems, factory and home automation and control, inventory and logistics management, HID, toys, home gateways and proprietary networking solutions using IEEE802.15.4.
