MFS2613AMDA3AD is a safety system basis chip with low power for ASIL D / ASIL B. The FS26 automotive safety system basis chip family is designed to support entry and midrange safety microcontrollers, like this in the S32K3 series. FS26 device has multiple power supplies and the flexibility to work with other microcontrollers targeting automotive electrification. Possible FS26 applications include power train, chassis, safety and low-end gateway technology. This version supports a wide range of applications with automotive safety integrity levels B or D, offering choices in a number of output rails, output voltage settings, operating frequencies, power up sequencing, and integrated system level features. Application includes inverter, onboard charger, DCDC, battery management system, belt starter generator (xEV and powertrain market), gateway, zonal control, body controller, smart junction box (body market), suspension, power steering (safety and chassis).
