The PIC16F1519-I/PT is a 8-bit 44-pin Flash Microcontroller with XLP technology. The CPU has 49 instructions. Interrupt capability includes automatic context saving. The hardware stack is 16 levels deep and has overflow and underflow reset capability. The microcontroller with direct, indirect and relative addressing modes. Two file select registers (FSRs) provides the ability to read program and data memory. This device has a 128-byte section of high-endurance program flash memory (PFM) in lieu of data EEPROM. This area is especially well suited for non-volatile data storage that is expected to be updated frequently over the life of the end product.
