LFMXO5-25-EVN is a MachXO5-NX development board. The MachXO5-NX Development board features the MachXO5-NX-25 in a 400-ball caBGA package. This device offers a variety of features and programmability that enhances Secure Control PLD functionality with multiple boot capabilities. Its cryptographic engine supports user-mode security features. Alongside the cryptographic engine, numerous system functions are included such as two PLLs and 432 kbits of embedded RAM plus hardened implementations of I2C and SPI. Flexible, high performance I/O support numerous single-ended and differential standards including LVDS and MIPI. MachXO5-NX Development board also includes features to expand the usability of the MachXO5-NX-25 with Arduino, Raspberry, FX12, Versa, and Aardvark headers. It also allows programming of external flash memory and can access flash memory via soft SPI.

- HyperRAM up to 166MHz (333Mbyte/s), x16 bits
- ADC interface with 10k POT
- 7-segment blue LED, 4-position DIP switches, 4 push buttons, and 8 red LEDs for demo purposes
- Two Hirose FX12-40 headers and multiple reference clock sources
- Support up to 5 channels per FTDI connection
