The MAX9614AXT+T is a low power, single, precision rail to rail operational amplifier (op-amp) in 6 pin SC-70 package. The device has precision MOS inputs and it is ideal for a large number of applications such as photodiode transimpedance amplifiers and filtering/amplification. The MAX9614 is capable of operating from 2.5V to 5.5V supply voltage. The device has an active-low shutdown pin. The low power shutdown mode greatly reduces quiescent current while the device is not operational. The MAX9614 self calibrate on power-up to eliminate effects of temperature and power supply variation.

- Input bias current of 1pA and input offset current of 0.5pA at TA = -40°C to 125°C
- Quiescent current of 170μA per amplifier at TA = 25°C and shutdown supply current of 1μA
- 2.8MHz gain bandwidth and 1.3V/μs slew rate
- Input offset voltage of 17μV of TA = 25°C and input offset voltage drift of 1μV/°C
- CMRR of 95dB (VCM = -0.1V to VCC - 1.4V, TA = +25°C) and PSRR of 106dB at TA = +25°C
- Open loop gain of 115dB at 0.4V ≤ VOUT ≤ VCC - 0.4V, RL = 10Kohm
