MAX4618CPE+

The MAX4618CPE+ is a high speed, low voltage, CMOS analogue two 4-channel multiplexer in 16 pin DIP package. This 8-channel multiplexer has two supply pins, VCC and GND which are used to drive the internal CMOS switch and set the limits of analogue voltage on any switch. Reverse ESD protection diodes are internally connected between each analogue signal pin and both VCC and GND. If any analogue signal exceeds VCC or GND, one of these diodes conducts. This CMOS device can operate continuously with 2V to 5.5V single supply. Each switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 1nA at TA = +25°C and 10nA at TA = +85°C. Device is pin compatible with industry standard 74HC4052 and MAX4582. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using a single +5V supply. It is used in battery operated equipment, low voltage data acquisition systems.

• Low distortion is less than 0.017% (600 ohm)
