MAX3181EUK+T

The MAX3181EUK+T is an 1.5Mbps RS232 receiver in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This RS232 receiver is used in space and cost constrained applications requiring minimal RS232 communications. This device minimizes power and heat dissipation by consuming less supply current. The device features a complementary INVALID output that indicates valid RS232 signals at the receiver input for applications requiring automatic system wakeup. Typical applications include diagnostic ports, set to p boxes, telecommunications, digital cameras, networking equipment and hand-held equipment.

• Supply voltage range is 3V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Supply current is 0.5μA
• Meet EIA/TIA232 and V.28/V.24 specifications down to VCC= 3V
• Standard inverting RS232 output
