Información del producto
Resumen del producto
The MAX3059ASA+ is a 5V, 1Mbps, low supply current CAN transceiver in 8 pin NSOIC package. It interface between controller area network (CAN) protocol controller and physical wires of bus lines in a CAN. It is primarily intended for printer and telecom backplane applications requiring data rates up to 1Mbps. This device provides differential transmit capability to the bus and differential receive capability to the CAN controller. The IC's output common-mode range is from -7V to +12V and features three different modes of operation namely high speed, slope control and shutdown. High speed mode allows data rates up to 1Mbps. In slope-control mode, slew rate may be optimized for data rates up to 500Kbps so the effects of EMI is reduced and unshielded twisted or parallel cable can be used. In shutdown mode, both transmitter and receiver are switched off.
- Supply voltage range is 4.5V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Thermal shutdown
- Current limiting
- ESD protection ±12KV human body model
- Maximum supply current of 70mA at dominant
