LT6411 is a dual amplifier with individually selectable gains of +1, +2 and –1. This amplifier has excellent distortion performance for driving ADCs as well as excellent bandwidth and slew rate for video, data transmission and other high speed applications. Single-ended to differential conversion with a system gain of 2 is particularly straight forward by configuring one amplifier with a gain of +1 and the other amplifier with a gain of –1. It can be used on split supplies as large as ±6V and on a single supply as low as 4.5V. It is used in applications such as differential ADC driver, single-ended to differential conversion, differential video line driver.
- Small-signal -3dB bandwidth is 650MHz typical at (VOUT = 200mVP-P, single ended)
- Slew rate is 3300V/µs typical at (±1V on ±2V output step, TA = 25°C)
- Easily configured for single-ended to differential conversion
- Gain flatness ±0.1dB bandwidth is 200MHz typical at ( VOUT = 200mVP-P, single ended)
- Output third-order intercept is 46.5dBm typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 5V)
- Second/third harmonic distortion is -77dBc typical at (2VP-P differential, TA = 25°C)
- Settling time is 6ns typical at (0.1% to VFINAL, VSTEP = 2V)
- Supply current, per amplifier is 8mA typical at (TA = 25°C, VS = ±5V)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C
- Package style is 16-lead plastic QFN
