ADG5401 is a high voltage latch-up proof, single SPST switch. This monolithic industrial, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) analogue switch containing a latch up immune single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switch. This switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and has an input signal range that extends to the power supplies. In the off condition, signal levels upto the supplies are blocked. This ultralow on resistance and on-resistance flatness of this switch make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications, where low distortion is critical. This latch-up immune construction and high ESD rating make this switch more robust in harsh environments. Application includes High voltage signal routing, automatic test equipment, analogue front-end circuits, precision data acquisition, amplifier gain select, industrial instrumentation, relay replacement.

- Human body model (HBM) ESD rating 8KV
- Typical low on resistance is 6.5ohm (25°C, VS = ±10V, IS = -10mA)
- Single-supply operation range from 9 to 40V
- VDD to VSS analogue signal range
- Dual-supply operation range from ±9 to ±22V
- Typical off isolation is 50dB (25°C, RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
- Typical total harmonic distortion + noise is 0.01% (25°C, RL = 1Kohm, 15V p-p, f = 20Hz to 20KHz)
- Typical -3dB bandwidth is 170MHz (25°C, RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
- 8 lead LFCSP-WD package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
