AD841JNZ is a wideband, unity-gain stable, fast-settling op-amp. This device is fabricated using Analog Devices’ junction isolated complementary bipolar (CB) process. This process permits a combination of DC precision and wideband AC performance previously unobtainable in a monolithic opamp. In addition to its 40MHz unity-gain bandwidth product, this device offers extremely fast settling characteristics, typically settling to within 0.01% of the final value in 110ns for a 10V step. Unlike many high-frequency amplifiers, this device requires no external compensation. It remains stable over its full operating temperature range. It is used in applications such as high-speed signal conditioning, video and pulse amplifiers, data acquisition systems, line drivers, and active filters.

- Differential phase is 0.022° typical at (TA = 25°C and ±15Vdc)
- Operating voltage range from ±5V to ±18V, quiescent current is 11mA typical
- Power supply rejection ratio is 100dB typical at (VS = ±5V to ±18V, TA = 25°C and ±15Vdc)
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to +70°C, 14-lead PDIP package
