AD622 is a low cost, moderately accurate instrumentation amplifier in the traditional pin configuration that requires only one external resistor to set any gain between 2 and 1000. For a gain of 1, no external resistor is required. It is a complete difference or subtractor amplifier system that also provides superior linearity and common-mode rejection by incorporating precision laser-trimmed resistors. The device replaces low cost, discrete, two or three op-amp instrumentation amplifier designs and offers good common mode rejection, superior linearity, temperature stability, reliability, power, and board area consumption. It is widely used in application such as transducer interface, low cost thermocouple amplifier, industrial process controls, difference amplifier, low cost data acquisition etc.

- Wide power supply range is ±2.6V to ±18V, slew rate is 1.2V/µs
- Supply current is 1.5mA max, settling time to 0.1% is 10µs at (G = 1 to 100)
- Gain accuracy is 0.05% typ at (G = 1), -3dB bandwidth is 800KHz typ at (G = 10)
- Input offset voltage is 125µV max, input offset drift is 1.0µV/°C max
- Input bias current is 2nA max, common-mode rejection ratio is 78dB min at (G = 1)
- Input voltage noise is 12nV/√Hz typ at 1KHz
