The REF6025EVM-PDK is a performance demonstration kit (PDK) which is ideal for evaluating and starting development with REF6025 precision voltage reference with integrated ADC drive buffer platform. The REF6025 is a high precision voltage reference with an integrated high bandwidth buffer designed specifically to drive the REF pin of successive approximation register (SAR) analogue to digital converter (ADC). The evaluation kit brings out the burst mode performance of device which is a key feature of the device. The kit features ADC drive buffer with integrated high bandwidth and output impedance buffer which helps achieve lowest distortion, ultra low noise data acquisition systems. It provides industry best in class noise (3µVrms vs 10µVrms), long term drift (15ppm vs 20ppm) and power consumption (750µA vs competition 2mA). An easy to use PC based application (GUI) is available to help evaluate the performance of the REF6025 PDK.
