SSC-722A

The SSC-722A is a 0.51 x 11.4mm conical Soldering Iron Tip for most standard applications. The SSC tip cartridges have been upgraded with a new and a high power coil assembly that delivers additional power to demanding solder joints, without the need to increase temperature. The 700-series tip for use with the MFR-1160 and MFR-1161 soldering systems with the MFR-H6-SSC handpiece, but also with the previous SP200 soldering system. Fixed temperature cartridges and tips offer users a fully safe and thermally effective solution to their lead free soldering needs as well as complete process control. SmartHeat® Technology is unique in that it senses the specific thermal demand directly at the solder pad and delivers the precise quantity and flow of thermal energy during both flux activation and intermetallic bonding phases without any adjustment and calibration.
