TLE7250SJXUMA1 is a high speed CAN-transceiver. It is designed for HS CAN networks in automotive and industrial applications. As an interface between the physical bus layer and the CAN protocol controller, the TLE7250 drives the signals to the bus and protects the microcontroller against interferences generated within the network. Based on the high symmetry of the CANH and CANL signals, the TLE7250 provides a very low level of electromagnetic emission (EME) within a wide frequency range. The TLE7250SJ fulfils or exceeds the requirements of the ISO11898-2. The TLE7250 provides a receive-only mode and a power-save mode. It is designed to fulfil the enhanced physical layer requirements for CAN FD and supports data rates up to 2MBit/s.

- Guaranteed loop delay symmetry to support CAN FD data frames up to 2MBit/s
- Extended supply range on VCC supply, CAN short circuit proof to ground, battery and VCC
- TxD time-out function, low CAN bus leakage current in power-down state
- Overtemperature protection, protected against automotive transients
- Receive-only mode and power-save mode, AEC Qualified
- Transmitter supply voltage range from 4.5 to 5.5V
- Input capacitance is 10pF max (4.5 to 5.5V; RL = 60 ohm; -40 to 150°C)
- PG-TSON-8 package, junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
