MAX9003ESA+

The MAX9003ESA+ is a low power, high speed, single supply op-amp, comparator and reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This combination of high speed operational amplifier, 185ns comparator and precision 1.230V reference operates from single 2.5V to 5.5V supply. The amplifier in MAX9003 is stable for closed loop gain of +10V/V or greater with an 8MHz gain bandwidth product. The input common mode voltage extends from 150mV below negative supply to within 1.2V of positive supply for amplifier and to within 1.1V for comparator. The amplifier and comparator outputs can swing rail to rail and deliver up to ±2.5mA and ±4.0mA respectively to an external load while maintaining excellent DC accuracy. The unique design of comparator output stage substantially reduces switching current during output transitions, virtually eliminating power supply glitches. The MAX9003 has an internal 1.230V ±1% precision reference with low 8ppm/°C temperature coefficient that can sink or source up to 1mA.

• Stable with capacitive loads up to 100nF
• Input bias current of op-amp is ±0.05nA and comparator is 8nA
• No phase reversal for overdriven inputs (both op-amp and comparator)
• ±1% initial accuracy and internal ±2mV comparator hysteresis
• CMRR of op-amp is 96dB and PSRR of op-amp is 100dB, comparator is 100dB
• Comparator inverting input is internally connected to reference output
