Product Overview
TCR3UF18A,LM(CT is a TCR3UF series CMOS process single output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra-low quiescent bias current and low dropout voltage. This features overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown function and auto-discharge function. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 1μF can be used with the device, it is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones, IoT equipment and wearable devices. Used as power IC developed for portable applications, IoT equipment and wearable devices.
- 1.8V output voltage
- Low quiescent bias current (IB = 0.34μA (typ) at IOUT = 0mA, output voltage up to 1.5V)
- High ripple rejection ratio, fast Load transient response
- Input voltage VIN range from 1.5V to 5.5V
- Output current IOUT of 0 to 300mA
- Typical drop-out voltage of 341mV (IOUT = 300 mA, CIN = COUT = 1μF, Tj = 25°C)
- High VOUT accuracy of ±1.0% (1.8V ≤ VOUT), auto-discharge
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 1μF, COUT = 1μF)
- SOT-25 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
