Product Overview
TCR3DM11,LF(SE is a TCR3DM series, CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring low dropout voltage, low output noise voltage and low inrush current. It features over-current protection, over-temperature protection, an inrush current protection circuit and an auto-discharge function. This device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones.
- Overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, inrush current protection circuit
- Auto-discharge, pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 1.0μF, COUT =1.0μF), 1.1V output voltage
- Output voltage accuracy is +1.0% maximum at (IOUT = 50mA, 1.8V ≤ VOUT)
- Load regulation is 18mV typical at (1mA ≤ IOUT ≤ 300mA)
- Quiescent current is 65μA typical at (IOUT = 0mA, VOUT = 1.0V)
- Stand-by current is 1μA maximum at (VCT = 0V, VIN = VOUT + 1V, IOUT = 50mA)
- Output noise voltage is 38μVrms typical at (VIN = VOUT + 1V, IOUT = 10mA)
- Ripple rejection ratio is 70dB typical at (VIN = VOUT + 1V, IOUT = 10mA)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, DFN-EP-4 package
