Product Overview
TCR13AGADJ,LF(S is a CMOS single output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra-low dropout voltage, low inrush current and fast load transient response. It includes overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, inrush current reduction, under voltage lockout and auto-discharge. As small ceramic input and output capacitors can be used with the TCR13AGADJ, this device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones.

- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Quiescent current is 56μA typical at (IOUT = 0mA, VBIAS = 2.5V, Tj = 25°C)
- Dropout voltage is 92mV typical at (IOUT = 1A, VBIAS = 3.3V, Tj = 25°C)
- Temperature coefficient is 60ppm/°C typical at (-40°C <lt/>= Topr <lt/>= 85°C)
- Output noise voltage is 52μVrms typical at (VBIAS = 5.5V, VIN = VOUT + 1V, Tj = 25°C)
- Ripple rejection ratio is 90dB typical at (VBIAS = 5.5V, VIN = VOUT + 1V, IOUT = 10mA, f = 1KHz)
