Product Overview
TAR5S50(TE85L,F) is a point regulator (low-dropout regulator). It is comprised of general-purpose bipolar single power-supply device incorporating a control pin which can be used to turn them ON/OFF. Over temperature and overcurrent protection circuits are built-in to the devices’ output circuit.
- Low stand-by current
- Overtemperature/overcurrent protection
- Operation voltage range is wide, maximum output current is high
- Difference between input voltage and output voltage is low
- Ceramic capacitors can be used
- Output voltage is 5.0V typ (Tj = 25°C)
- Input voltage range from 2.4 to 15V (Tj = 25°C)
- Quiescent current is 170µA typ (IOUT = 0mA, Tj = 25°C)
- Temperature coefficient is 100ppm/°C typ (-40°C ≤ Topr ≤ 85°C)
- 5-pin SOT-25, operation temperature range from -40 to 85°C
