Product Overview
74LCX125FT(AJ) is a high-performance CMOS quad bus buffer. Designed for use in 3.3V systems, it achieves high-speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. This device is designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, but it could be used to interface to 5V supply environment for inputs. This device requires the 3-state control input active low OE to be set high to place the output into the high impedance state. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge.
- Low-voltage quad bus buffer with 5V tolerant inputs and outputs
- AEC-Q100 qualified, input leakage current is ±5.0µA max at (VIN = 0 to 5.5V)
- Supply voltage range from 1.65 to 3.6V
- Propagation delay time is 7.0ns max (3.3 ±0.3V, Ta = -40 to 125°C)
- Output current (IOH)/IOL is 24mA min (VCC = 3.0V)
- Power-down protection provided on all inputs and outputs
- Pin and function compatible with the 74 series (74LVC/ALVC/ etc.) 125 type
- Quiescent supply current is 10.0µA max (1.65 to 3.6V, VIN = VCC or GND)
- Output skew is 1.0ns max (3.3 ±0.3V, Ta = -40 to 125°C)
- 14-pin TSSOP14B package, operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
