Product Overview
LCX100 LCR meter provides the full range of measurements to characterize resistors, capacitors and inductors, results are displayed in absolute, relative or average values. Because of logging capacities and faster measurements, LCX is more suitable in manufacturing applications.
- Measurement functions L, C, R, Z, X, Y, G, B, D, Q, φ, Δ, M, N
- Test signal voltage maximum is 10V, test signal current maximum is 200mA
- Measurement range from 4Hz to 300KHz
- Operating supply range from 20 to 70V ( IN12 – IN36 , IN45 – IN78, OUTP, TA = 25°C)
