Product Overview
74HC2G14GW,125 is a dual inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current-limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. Schmitt trigger inputs transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals. Typical applications include wave and pulse shapers for highly noisy environments, astable multivibrators, and monostable multivibrators.
- Wide supply voltage range from 2.0V to 6.0V
- High noise immunity, CMOS low power dissipation
- Balanced propagation delays, unlimited input rise and fall times
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B
- Input leakage current is ±1.0μA max at VI = GND or VCC; VCC = 6.0V
- Supply current is 20μA max at VI = GND or VCC; IO = 0μA; VCC = 6.0V
- Additional supply current is 410μA max at VI = VCC - 2.1V; VCC = 4.5V to 5.5V; IO = 0μA
- TSSOP6 package
- Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
