Product Overview
The TC1262-3.3VDB is a fixed output high accuracy CMOS low dropout (LDO) regulator in 3 pin SOT-223 package. This device is designed specifically for battery operated systems. The TC1262 CMOS construction eliminates wasted ground current and significantly extends battery life. Total supply current is typically 80µA at full load (20 to 60 times lower than in bipolar regulators). This regulator is stable with an output capacitor of only 1µF and has maximum output current of 500mA.
