The HSMC-C120 is a high performance red Chip LED with untinted/non-diffused lens, made of AlInGaP. The AlInGaP material has a very high luminous efficiency, capable of producing high light output over a wide range of drive currents. This LED comes in side emitting package which is suitable for applications such as LCD backlighting.
