Product Overview
The DS3903E-020+ is a triple 128 position non-volatile digital potentiometer in 20 pin TSSOP package. It features a write-protect pin that can lock the positions of the potentiometer. An address pin allows two DS3903s to be placed on the same 2-wire bus.
- Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Three linear potentiometers (two 10Kohm, one 100Kohm)
- Non-volatile wiper storage
- End to end resistance tolerance is ±20%
- Low end to end temperature coefficient of 300ppm/°C
