AD8203YRMZ

AD8203YRMZ is a high common-mode voltage, single-supply difference amplifier. It is a single-supply difference amplifier for amplifying and low-pass filtering small differential voltages in the presence of a large common-mode voltage (CMV). Automotive platforms demand precision components for better system control. It provides excellent ac and dc performance keeping errors to a minimum in the user’s system. It features an externally accessible 100Kohm resistor at the output of the Preamp A1, which can be used for low-pass filter applications and for establishing gains other than 14. It is used in applications such as transmission control, diesel injection control, engine management, adaptive suspension control, vehicle dynamics control.

• Gain drift is ±20ppm/°C typical at (VS = 5V)
• System bandwidth is 60KHz typical at (VS = 5V)
• Slew rate is 0.33V/µs typical at (VIN = 0.28V, VOUT = 4V step)
• Quiescent current vs. temperature is 0.25mA typical at (VO = 0.1Vdc)
• Input bias current is 40nA typical at (VS = 5V)
• Spectral density is 300nV/√Hz typical at (1KHz, VS = 5V)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead MSOP package
