Product Overview
AD8063 is a rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifier offering ease of use and low cost. They have a bandwidth and slew rate typically found in current feedback amplifiers. All have a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, making them easy to use on single supplies as low as 2.7V. Despite being low cost, the AD8063 provide excellent overall performance. Typical application includes imaging, photodiode preamps, professional video and cameras, handsets, dvds/cds, base stations, filters, ADC drivers and clock buffers.
- Operates on 2.7V to 8V supplies and input voltage range = −0.2V to +3.2V with VS = 5V
- Single with disable (AD8063)
- Rail-to-rail output swing
- Low offset voltage: 6mV
- High speed: 320MHz, −3dB BW (G = 1), VS = 5V, RL = 1Kohm 650V/µs slew rate at VS = 5V, RL = 2Kohm
- Input voltage noise: 8.5nV/√Hz at 5V and 35ns settling time to 0.1% with 2V step
- 35ns overload recovery and Low power, 6.8mA/amplifier typical supply current
- Excellent video specifications (RL=150 ohm, G=2): gain flatness: 0.1dB to 30MHz
- 0.01%/0.04° differential gain/phase error and 8 lead NSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
