TLE989XEVALBLQFPTOBO1 is a MOTIX™ MCU TLE989X Evaluation Board designed to provide a fast and easy start for TLE988x/9x family. Sockets for LQFP64 and TQFP48 package provide the possibility to test and evaluate all ICs of the MOTIX™ MCU TLE988x and TLE989x family. LQFP64 variants of the IC can also be soldered directly onto the Evalboard. The board is compatible for both 3-phase and 2-phase variants. Every pin of the IC is connectable via rows of pin headers. The board is protected against reverse polarity of the input voltage supply. A battery LED indicates that the board is connected to the supply in the correct way. Otherwise, reverse polarity protection secures the board from damage by cross connection. Three MOSFET half bridges are placed on the board to drive a motor. The board is ready to be connected to a car supply or similar and offers a USB port to use the on-board SWD debugger. The evaluation board can be operated by standard laboratory equipment.
