ADR5044BKSZ-REEL7 is a high precision shunt voltage reference. This voltage reference is multipurpose, easy-to-use reference that can be used in a vast array of applications. It features low temperature drift, an initial accuracy of better than 0.1%, and fast settling time. The minimum operating current increases from 50µA to a maximum of 15mA. This low operating current and ease of use make this reference ideally suited for handheld, battery-powered applications. Applications include portable, battery-powered equipment, automotives, power supplies, data acquisition systems, instrumentation and process control, energy management.

• Output voltage is 4.096V typical at (IIN = 100µA, TA = 25°C)
• Temperature coefficient is 10ppm/°C typical at (-40°C < TA < +125°C)
• Dynamic output impedance is 0.2ohm maximum at (IIN = 50µA to 15mA)
• Turn on settling time is 56µs typical at (CLOAD = 0µF, TA = 25°C)
• Output voltage hysteresis is 40ppm typical at (IIN = 1mA, TA = 25°C)
• Minimum operating current is 50µA maximum at (TA = 25°C)
• Initial accuracy is ±0.1% maximum at (TA = 25°C)
• Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
• KS-SC-70 package
