The MAX4617ESE+ is a high speed, low voltage, CMOS analogue multiplexer/switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This 8-channel multiplexer has two supply pins, VCC and GND which are used to drive the internal CMOS switch and set the limits of analogue voltage on any switch. Reverse ESD protection diodes are internally connected between each analogue signal pin and both VCC and GND. If any analogue signal exceeds VCC or GND, one of these diodes conducts. Device is pin compatible with industry standard 74HC4051/74HC4052/74HC4053 and MAX4581/MAX4582/MAX4583.
- Supply voltage range is 2V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- TTL/CMOS-logic compatible
- Maximum switch on-resistance is 60 ohm at TA = +25°C, VCC = +2.5V
- On-resistance match between channels (single +5V supply) is 1ohm
- Low off-leakage current is 1nA at TA = +25°C
- Maximum on-resistance is 10 ohm (+5V Supply) and 20 ohm (+3V Supply)
- Low crosstalk is less than -96dB
- High off-isolation is less than -93dB
- Low distortion is less than 0.017% (600 ohm)
